Sparkly Birthday Card

I designed this card for my Birthday Bliss class this evening.  I used Sending Love Specialty Designer Series Paper which is only available till Friday.  I love the glitter that is on the paper.  I am going to miss it!  The flower and pearls are from the pretties kit.  I made the nine using the Go Go Boots Alphabet for the Big Shot.  I chose a 9 because Abigail will be 9 in May!

Fifth Avenue Floral

Jessica Taylor sent me this card this week.  This set, Fifth Avenue Floral is 20% off through Friday. 

She stamped the images on glossy card stock with Basic Black ink.  She then used a white crayon to accent a few areas before sponging on the ink.  The ink will not color the area where you used the crayon.  This technique is called Crayon Resist.

Grandparents Program

Today Charles had his Grandparents program at school.  Watching 4 and 5 year olds sing and say their lines about how Jesus makes them grow is absolutely adorable! 

Charles said the opening prayer along with a couple other lines.

He looked over several times to give us the thumbs up.

Felt Coffee Sleeve

Sorry for the lack of posts, my newer computer had to get a new hard drive!  Thanks goodness I backed everything this time!

 

At my last meeting Lyssa brought this cute coffee sleeve made using the big shot and felt.  I love the bright colors.

I think I might need to get a sewing machine.  I have seen so many cute projects lately using one. 

Treat Box

I made this box for Lyssa for being a presenter.  I just got the Box #2 die for the Big Shot.  There are so many used for this size box! 

I used Sweet Pea Stitched Felt and the Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder to dress it up.  Both of these items are only available until April 30th.  Make sure you order yours now.  I am going to miss the Sweet Pea Stitched Felt.  It is a quick way to dress up any project!  Glue dots are the perfect way to adhere them.
