My favorite Hostess item from our catalog is Pattern Paper. You get 48 12x12 designer series paper for $18 when you have $150 in orders. This is a fantastic deal, and I really like these papers!
The catalog is almost over, so I wanted to show a way to use up some of your designer series paper.
Cut your designer series paper 4" x 12" that way you get 3 cards for each designer series paper.
Score at 1" and 6 1/2"
Cut a coordinating colored piece of card stock 3/4" x 4" to adhere where you fold back the 1" flap. I chose black for these cards.
I put a white piece on the inside that is 5 1/4" x 3 3/4" to write on.
I made a video showing this card.
Biggest Wish is a fun greeting set. I like using 2 different colors for the different sized greetings. The Tasteful Labels Dies are being discontinued at the end of the month, but may sell out before them. They are my favorite dies! Don't miss out on your chance to get them!

As demonstrators we get a catalog early, and can order some of the items ahead of time. The bundle I wanted is shown on the front cover of our new catalog. The Stamp set is called Happiness Abounds, and it has many great greetings and flowers in it. The Dies are called Blossoming Happiness. The Glossy Dots are fun colors and are great to add to cards.
I made two cards to showcase the bundle. This first card shows the Glossy dots and the detail of the dies.
You can see the detail the intricate die gives. It cuts and embosses at the same time.
The next card shows how 2 sheets of the designer series paper works with our dies. You can cut out the different flowers and leaves. The only think I stamped was the greeting. I fussy cut that.
Isn't this paper fabulous? I love the bright colors. You can buy these items in our next catalog which begins in May. You don't have too long to wait.
I made a video showcasing the products:
My next Stamps In The Mail begins this month. Here is the breakdown of what you will get.
April Ocean Front Stamp Set
May Happiness Abounds bundle
June Glossy Dots.
Each month you will receive a package from me with 4 card designs and supplies to make 2 each of the 4 cards, plus the items from Stampin Up.
To sign up you commit to 3 months at $42 a month. You must do all 3 months- In May you will get more in products than the fee, and in June you will get less. It all works out in the end. This is going to be a great round of Stamps In The Mail! Let me know if you would like to join us!

This Saturday, April 9th is my
25th Stamping Anniversary!
I was fresh out of college and living in a new state with my husband who was in medical school. I didn't know anyone or have a teaching job yet. My mother in law went to a Stampin Up party in MN and called to tell me that I should sign up to sell it. Money was tight for me and my mother in law said if I don't like it and didn't make any money she would reimburse me for the starter kit, so I thought why not!
I called Sue Nurnberger, who I had never met, and had never been to a workshop or seen the catalog and said I would like to become a demonstrator. I think I was the easiest recruit ever!
This was my first catalog, and we sold stamp pads that were not our own colors.
This is one of my first cards! I have come a long way!
25 years later, I have such wonderful relationships with so many people that I never would of met if not for Stampin Up!
Thank You, Thank You, Thank you for your part in my business! I am so grateful for customers who have become friends and who have supported me for YEARS! I am grateful for people who have introduced their friends to the world of stamping.
The best part- I still love what I do! Encouraging others with a hand stamped card makes me feel so good. I love hearing all that you do with the cards that you make. So many people have been impacted by the power of a written note in a card.
Happy Stamping!

I received Amazing Silhouettes as a gift from Stampin Up. I didn't use it for awhile, and I am glad I finally opened it up! You can make such nice cards in no time at all!
I really like our Soft Succulent color. It is part of the 2021-2023 In Colors. I was glad to see they are keeping the In Color ribbon in the next catalog too!
Two of the items on this card are retiring. Create With Friends, and the Tasteful Textile Embossing folder.
I made a video to show how you can make this card in less than 5 minutes.

Every year when the retiring list comes out there are a few items I know I will miss. This year I was really sad to see the Tasteful Labels dies on there! I use them ALL THE TIME! I own 2 so I can run 2 through at the same time. I put together a list of my favorite retiring things to make sure you see them. Several are on sale. They are all available while supplies last, so order soon!

Read to the bottom to see about a giveaway!
I ordered the Picture This dies awhile ago but hadn't opened them until yesterday. I was inspired by the card in the Sale-A-Bration brochure. I combined the Awesome Otters stamp set and Simply Marbleous 6x6 Designer Series Paper and the Picture This dies.
I embossed the Balmy Blue piece using our Bark Embossing Folder. I then used the Cut and Emboss machine again to die cut the circles from Picture This. I used the same circles and die cut white circles to stamp on.
This video shows you how simple this is to make.
I finished the card by adding a 1/2" strip to the bottom of the inside to add a little color. It is a great way to use scraps!
In the video I mentioned a giveaway. Leave a comment below on this card or on my Youtube and your name will be entered in a drawing for our Bark Embossing Folder.
I used the following items to make this card:

Who would of thought I would ever want an Otter stamp set! Our Sale-A-Bration brochure has a stamp set titled Awesome Otters. It is pretty cute! I wanted to design a card that used the otter set and another Sale-A-Bration item Simply Marbleous 6x6 designer series paper.
To start I took a piece of the designer series paper (DSP) and cut it to 3" x 4".
Use a marker to color the water on the stamp. Stamp it on the bottom left side.
For the otter I stamped in black on a scrap or Basic White and colored it in with Stampin Blends.
Cut out the Otter and adhere it on top of the water.
Adhere to a 3 1/2" x 4 1/2" piece of basic White.
Tie a ribbon around the left side.
Stamp greeting on a scrap and punch out. Punch the outer scalloped piece to layer the greeting. I Used the Double Oval punch https://www.stampinup.com/products/double-oval-punch?demoid=7320
Fold a 11" x 4 1/4" card base in half, and then folded the front flap back.
Adhere the stamped layered pieces to the part that is folded back. Only tape down the left side so you don't tape the card together.
Finish by stamping on the inside on a 4" x 5 1/4" piece of basic white and adhering it to the inside oft he card.
I made a video showing how to make this card. I show a sample where I just stamped the image in black on the front, and then colored in the water. Which do you like best?

Sale-A-Bration has begun and there are some great choices for free items! This card showcases two of the $50 options. Driving By Stamp Set, and Sunshine and Rainbows designer series paper.
Isn't the Sunshine and Rainbows designer series paper so cute? I had a lot of 1/2" strips from mailing pieces to my team members, so I took them and trimmed them to 4". I cut a piece of Basic White to 4" x 3 1/2. To adhere the strips I put Adhesive down the left, middle and right side of the Basic White piece and then layered the strips on it. It is so much fast than putting adhesive on each individual strip. You can watch my video on how I did it.
Each time I adhered the strips it turned out a little different. Don't throw your scraps and give this look a try!
I stamped the Car on a 2 3/4" x 1 3/4" piece of Basic White. I used Stampin Blends to color it in. I wanted to add color behind it, so I punched a Magenta Madness piece using our Label me Lovely punch. To be able to see more of the punch I cut the punched piece in 1/2 and adhered it to the back of the stamped piece like this:
It is a way to make your punches more versatile. Driving By and Sunshine and Rainbows are free with a $50 purchase during Sale A Bration. They are just 2 of the $50 options. We also have 2 $100 options.

Merry Christmas! I hope you are having a wonderful day celebrating the birth of our savior, Jesus Christ. This is the card I created for this year.
I love Christmas Carols, so when I saw the embossing folder in our mini catalog, I had to get it. It goes perfectly with the For Unto Us stamp set.
I make 270 cards and the Take Your Pick tool makes adding rhinestones so easy! Here is a quick video that shows how quickly you can put 5 rhinestones on your card.
These are the products I used to make this card. Some of them are retiring soon, so if you like them order as soon as possible. If you click on the image it should take you to my online store.
